Monthly Giant Crib

Payout for both is 85%

Branch 107 holds a Monthly Giant Crib, playing 12 games (with lunch provided)
on the first Sunday of every month.
- Held downstairs, 11:00am until 3:30pm.
- Cost is $12 to play, $7 for lunch, 50/50 available.
- You can bring a partner or one can be provided for you.
Thursday evening, we hold a Regular Drop-In Crib:
- 7:00 – 9:00pm, $5.00 to play
- Six games played – also downstairs.
Your Key to Riches or Chase the Joker
Come into the Chase Legion on a Saturday for a chance to play either “Your Key to Riches” or “Chase the Joker”.
These games are free and solely sponsored by Branch 107.
If a game pot is won…for instance, the game being played this Saturday was “Your Key to Riches,” it will be switched out the next Saturday for “Chase the Joker”.
Chase the Joker
If we are not holding the “Your Key to Riches” game – it could be “Chase the Joker”.
Every adult gets a ticket(s) to play – no purchase needed. At 4 pm, a ticket is chosen to come up and play. If you find the joker in amongst the remaining cards, you win the jackpot. The pot starts at $100, and every week that the joker is not found, we put in another $25. Even if you do not find the joker – you still win by receiving $5 Legion Bucks!
Your Key to Riches
Every adult gets a ticket(s) to play “Your Key to Riches” – no purchase needed.
If you are chosen to play, you get to pick out of a bucket of 107 keys (which decrease weekly) to find the one key that will unlock the door! The pot starts at $100 and increases every week by $25 that the door remains LOCKED. Even if you do not unlock the door – you still win by receiving $5 Legion Bucks!
Coffee House
Come enjoy a relaxing Sunday afternoon of music,
bring a friend.
Every 2nd Sunday of each month, with exception of July and August, from 2:00 through 5:00pm, you are invited to share a relaxing, enjoyable afternoon of music.
Chase and local Shuswap musicians showcase their individual talents while sharing the spotlight with friends and regional musicians.
Admission by donation. Food, goodies, and refreshments are available.
The Chase Legion Branch 107 Coffee House proudly acknowledges and thanks all these music-loving local entertainers.
Meat Draws
Don’t miss out on our Saturday Meat Draws!
The draws are held using five rolls of different coloured tickets, at $1.00 per ticket. There are lots of opportunities to win, with two draws of meat pack choices happening every 15-minutes (give or take) starting at 2:30pm.
Players purchase different coloured tickets for each of the double draws, prior to the draws taking place. You then keep all the tickets purchased for two bonus draws of breakfast packages at the end for a total of twelve packages overall. Our meat and breakfast packages are purchased locally from our Pharmachoice Foods store.
Card and
50/50 Draws
All tickets and cards go on sale beginning around 1:00pm, unless otherwise posted / advertised.
Card Draws happen throughout the afternoon from approximately 2:40 through 3:40pm, depending on the number of participants, and how many decks of cards are sold. The card draw has become very popular – maybe because it is like a very quick 50/50. There are two decks of identical cards – one stays in the draw bucket and one is spread out on the table. You buy a card (or more) for $2 with half going to charity and half to the winner. Once the deck is sold – a winner is drawn!
The 50/50 tickets are sold throughout the meat draws with the winner being picked after the bonus breakfast packages are given out.
Net proceeds from the Chase Legion’s Licensed Charitable Gaming events go towards providing essential financial assistance to the community and surrounding area organizations.

Gift Card Draws
On Tuesdays, we offer free gift card draws.
There are six draws available to win a $10 gift card to use at Safety Mart in Chase or Scotch Creek. All you have to do to win is to come into the Legion and stay a while – draws take place every half hour starting at 3:30 pm.
Darts
Darts originated over 700 years ago when medieval soldiers used shortened spears and arrowheads for practice and entertainment.
Darts may look like a simple game, but the history of darts is built on creativity and innovation. What has started as a way for soldiers to pass time has grown into a world-wide sport enjoyed and played by millions.
Branch 107 League Darts
Mixed doubles leagues begin in September and January respectively, and are played on Mondays and Thursdays from 7:30 to 10:00pm. Just $5 a night gets you a banquet, prize money, door prizes and tons of fun! Although the September registration has closed, you may still sign up for the “Spares Roster” at the Branch or call 250-318-9877 to register and/or for more information!
A Friday afternoon Ladies league is starting on September 18th at 1:00pm. To register or if you would like more information,

Pool
Is a game of pool is something you enjoy or would like to learn?
Come on out to Branch 107 every Tuesday at 2:00pm, for a fun and friendly afternoon of pool with great people, in a relaxed social atmosphere!
Friday Burger / Dinner Nights
From April to the end of October, every Friday is a dinner.
We started with burger nights that included a burger with cheese & bacon, salads & chips with watermelon for dessert. Sometimes we add beans and have also changed out the watermelon for fruit crumble with ice cream.
This year we have started something different. We decided to try lasagna on the last Friday of the month and it was a huge success so we are going to continue. The lasagna comes with Caesar salad & garlic toast and as always – watermelon for dessert.
We are considering adding a different food item for the second Friday. Be sure to check out the monthly calendar!
